Viennese Tenement House K 11 – common spacies
Viennese Tenement House: A Fusion of Art Nouveau and Modernist Elegance
The Viennese Tenement House seamlessly blends the charm of Art Nouveau interiors with a touch of modernist design, enriched by a hint of Gdynia modernism. Inspired by existing Art Nouveau tenement houses, this project maintains light, subdued colors in the common areas while giving each staircase and entrance area a unique character.
Design Elements and Aesthetic Choices
The common areas feature noble natural materials, bright and spacious interiors, and meticulous attention to detail. By combining Art Nouveau elements that honor the tenement house’s origins with contemporary furniture and lighting, we created interiors that authentically merge tradition with modernity and art.
Attention to Every Detail
In this project, we meticulously designed every aspect, from the interiors to wayfinding elements and furniture, ensuring a cohesive and elegant environment.
