Sassy Gdańsk

The Sassy Club Project

The Sassy club project is a multidimensional undertaking to which we dedicated nearly a year. Located in the heart of the historic part of Gdańsk, the club spans three floors of a historic granary, presenting both a challenge and an opportunity in the design process.

Our vision was to create a place where people would feel special, comfortable, and exclusive—a perfect venue for fun and a sense of uniqueness. Equally important to us was fostering a connection with visual art and discovering small, seemingly imperceptible details.

An Eclectic Fusion of Styles

The entire project boasts an eclectic interior, blending industrial elements with Art Deco, modernism, and art. We collaborated with several artists whose works are displayed throughout the space. A crucial aspect of our design was the use of noble materials such as brass, marble, and wood.

Elegant and Artistic Design

The club’s main hall features a combination of bottle green, burgundy, and gold. To break this convention, we retained the concrete pillars and created a bar made of reinforcing bars. The main bar serves as a metaphor for the golden elixir pouring from crystal chandeliers made of glasses, dripping onto the floor in the form of embedded mirrors. The club also incorporates the motif of an eye, which appears in mirrors, sofas, and animations in the lobby. These eyes watch us, but in a flirtatious manner, evoking the spirit of club nights and meeting new people.

Multimedia Elements

Sassy is equipped with powerful multimedia elements, including light animations and LED screens that allow for transforming the character of the interior.
